I wanted to give your team a shout out! Not only did we get on the books quickly for a non-emergency service call, but the Technician on site Jermaine always seems to go above and beyond. He has a great work ethic, always presents himself in a very professional manner which is extremely important in our Class A office environment. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to working more with you in the future.

    Debt of Gratitude

I think we all know that I do not hesitate to provide negative feedback, but I also like to provide positive feedback when its due.  In regards to the Cigna buildout from the last few weeks, T&B Electric (specifically Nick Dunn and Dave Andrews) were exceptional to work with.  I give them my highest recommendation, and would love to see the Implementation Team continue to use them in the future.

I wanted to forward you all this email I received from the IAD39 (Building L) DC Ops Team. This is a huge compliment to your crew on site that their hard work and communication is recognized and appreciated.  I know getting onboarded at DLR was a process, but I think the words described below about your crew will make it worth it.  Being thorough and earning the respect and more importantly, trust with the DC Ops team plays a large role into the vendors that the Implementation Team in Ashburn uses.  Please give our praise to Nick and Dave.

Also, as a PM, I really appreciated the close out email and documentation Nick sent me this morning for Cigna.  I’m sure it is extra work and time consuming but appreciated on my side.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job Kevin and his crew (Joe, Payton, Jermayne ) did in installing the UPS system here at the HRP earlier this year.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring the project was completed in a timely manner.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kelvin and his crew for their hard work and commitment to excellence. Please pass along my appreciation to each member of his team for their contributions to the success of this project.
